Peaktech First Continental Project LTF was incorporated in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company on the 18th July 2005. Before then, the promoter of Peakect [Engr. Gbenga ] had registered a company called Gaftect civil Engineering works Ltd. The company operted services in Sumals Food Ltd, Yale Foods Ltd, Zartech Ltd, Wytak Press Ltd. Etch

With zeal to have a formidable company with increase in share capital, improve technology, manpower, equipment/ plants for effective performance, hence the company Peaktech was incorporated. it then became imperative for Peaktech First Continental Project Lrd to inherit the assets and liabilities of then Gaftech Civil Enginering Works Ltd for effective performance,
